Unlocking Creativity through “Morning Pages”
Writing to find YOUR art.
This workshop will introduce participants to the concept of “Morning Pages”, a daily writing practice founded as a way to awaken creativity and flow for writers and artists of all types. Drawing on concepts presented by Julia Cameron in her book The Artist’s Way, participants will engage in daily writing and a suggested weekly “Artist’s Date” to tap into their creative self. Each of six weekly meetings will help build a community in which reflection and discussions deepen the daily writing work being done at home and open doors for creative projects moving forward.
Perfect for adult writers and artists!
